Are you struggling with shame, fear of vulnerability and feeling 'never good enough'? Do you feel disengaged from life, your loved ones, and sick of watching moments pass you by? Have you spent all your time making sure you never fall, and as a result never learned how to get back up? Maybe you're known as "the perfectionist", "the people pleaser", "the cynic", "the know-it-all", "the control freak". You care too much- it's kind of your thing...but it's become exhausting and you're over it. Now's the time- you're ready to make changes. Let's work together to clear the fog and get you back to the quality of life you deserve!
Over 15 years of experience in the mental health field has afforded me the opportunity to work with individuals coping with anxiety, depression, perfectionism and family conflict. I take an eclectic approach and use a variety of modalities to empower my clients with the tools they need to live a life in line with their values.
I'm practical, results-oriented and passionate about what I do. I use a variety of trauma-informed mind/body approaches such as EMDR 2.0, Brainspotting and Polyvagal Theory as well as integrate CBT/ACT. I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental experience with a focus on helping you find balance and confidence in your ability to tackle life's hurdles!
