Life can feel like too much when your mind moves fast, your body's been through something hard, or the pressure to perform never lets up. Together, we work to deepen self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, and build confidence.
I specialize in working with athletes, individuals with ADHD, survivors of sexual assault and trauma, and those who are highly curious, highly sensitive, and often feel too intense or too much for the world around them. Clients often appreciate my approachable, down-to-earth style, which is grounded in evidence-based practices that support nervous system regulation and deeper healing,
My approach is integrative and client-centered, drawing from evidence-based approaches including play therapy, trauma-focused interventions, EMDR therapy, and skills-based work. I also incorporate creative and engaging techniques when appropriate, such as games, interactive activities, and experiential exercises, to meet clients where they are.
Everyone deserves a space where they don't have to perform, explain themselves, or shrink down. In our work together, you'll be met with compassion, honesty, and zero judgment. I'll help you slow down, feel grounded, and explore the parts of you that need care.
