Whether you are feeling too much or feeling nothing at all, therapy provides an opportunity to make sense of it. Do you find yourself asking "how did I end up here?" or "why haven't things changed?" These questions seem to find their way into so many different aspects of life whether it be with your relationships, your family, your job, your education, or how you feel about your overall progress in building the life you want.
I specialize in providing support to teens and adults that suffer from anxiety, depression, anger, substance abuse, and PTSD. I use a combination of treatment approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, mindfulness-based interventions, and person-centered therapy.
My goal as a counselor is to provide a safe and trusting space for my clients to explore how their experiences, thoughts, and behaviors are influencing how they relate and feel about their lives. I offer a space where you can speak your mind without the fear of being judged or dismissed.
