My approach uses traditional therapies like CBT and DBT to empower clients to use skills that reprogram negative thinking, regulate emotions, and tolerate more stress. Beyond traditional therapies, I use Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). Its advanced therapeutic and physiological techniques have been shown to provide relief in 1-5 sessions with trauma.
