My ideal clients are teens (10+) - 30s who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in their own heads. Many are thoughtful, caring people who put a lot of pressure on themselves and don’t always have a space to talk things through. They may feel burnt out, unsure of themselves, or like they’re falling behind—even when everything looks “fine” on the outside. Some of my clients spend their days taking care of others and need a space where they get to be the one supported. They want to feel calmer, more confident, and more grounded as they navigate school, relationships, and big life transitions.
I offer a safe, encouraging space where you can be yourself and say things out loud without fear of judgment. My approach is collaborative and client-led, shaped around what you need in the moment. Sessions are conversational, flexible, and focused on helping you vent, reflect, and connect the dots at your own pace!
I’m not the type of therapist who sits quietly asking, “And how does that make you feel?” I’m a real person who genuinely cares and shows up with warmth, honesty, and big-sister energy.
