I have lived experience with both chronic health conditions and mental health struggles, which is why I take a trauma-informed, anti-carceral approach to care. I strive to make sure my clients know that they're the experts in their own lives, and I'm just here to help them navigate that journey.
More than anything, I’m focused on building a strong relationship with my clients, and I feel deeply privileged to be allowed into their lives. I make therapy a judgment-free zone where humor and warmth are a regular part of the process. My therapeutic approach is person-centered and allows each individual to guide their own recovery process.
