I specialize in ADHD, neurodivergence, and emotional regulation. Using a neurodiversity-affirming approach, I integrate CBT, DBT, ACT, play therapy, and family systems techniques to strengthen executive functioning, emotional regulation, confidence, relationships, and everyday functioning through practical, individualized strategies.
