Hello, I am Madison Gruenewald and I am a licensed therapist in the state of Minnesota. My experience includes working with individuals, groups and families and I have worked with both adolescents and adults. I have experience working in outpatient mental health/substance use disorder treatment settings in both community mental health clinics and private practice. Areas of expertise include helping clients work through relationship issues, codependency, mood management, self discovery and recovery from trauma and/or substance addiction.
I strongly believe in a person-centered approach, creating a non-judgemental space in which my clients can feel seen and understood and are encouraged to set their own goals that we can work towards together.
