Life can be hard, especially when things start to feel overwhelming. I am currently accepting new clients and work with those who struggle with anxiety, trauma-related symptoms, and patterns in relationships that may feel difficult or confusing. Many people I work with are looking for support in understanding how past experiences continue to impact them. I offer a safe, inclusive environment to explore emotions, increase self-awareness, and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.
I provide person-centered, trauma-informed therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. I integrate approaches like EMDR, CBT, and ACT to help individuals process trauma, including experiences of abuse, in a supportive and collaborative space. I respect the unique needs of every client and adapt therapy to fit their individual experiences.
