My approach is from a trauma-sensitive and attachment-informed lens. We'll explore how events from the past are playing a role in current issues, emphasizing the need for safety and connection. Individuals of all ages are welcome as we use various techniques, such as EMDR, art, sand tray, music, movement, mindfulness, and journaling, to reach your goals.
