I earned my Bachelor’s degree as a triple major in Psychology from Manchester University with concentrations in Cognitive Neuroscience, Religious Culture, and Industrial-Organizational Psychology.
I went on to complete my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Ball State University. My professional experience includes providing outpatient counseling for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and life transitions.
I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and solution-focused strategies tailored to each client’s needs. My collaborative approach focuses on helping clients build coping skills, recognize their strengths, and create meaningful change toward healthier, more fulfilling lives.
