I specialize in working with adolescents, emerging adults (18-24), as well as couples. I am passionate about my work with clients who find themselves amid life transitions and difficult decisions. I work with couples to identify and change the challenging patterns that are often the result of miscommunication, mistrust, and stress in the relationship.
I am incredibly passionate about the process of therapy. As a therapist, I desire to understand each client and to help create the safe space needed to grow.
