At Madison Family Counseling, our four therapists provide therapy to ages 2 through adulthood. Janeah connects therapeutically with children ages 2-11 using Play Therapy and Animal-Assisted Therapy. Shontell provides therapy to ages 8-adulthood focusing on family dynamics, trauma, and behaviors. Allison provides biblical counseling, offering a reminder that God is right alongside us in our journey of worries and hardships. We also offer marriage and family counseling, and parent education and support is available too.
With the ever-changing world we are in, children are experiencing more anxiety and depression. Children are best able to address these concerns and any unwanted behaviors in a playroom, where they can internalize and learn new coping skills. Cognitive behavior therapy and interpersonal therapeutic approaches are used with older adolescents and adults.
Through therapy children, adults and families can gain the confidence they need to navigate the world in new ways. Therapy is completed in comfortable rooms for each age. Please reach out via phone or email to see if we are able to offer support you need.
