My training at the Veterans Memorial Hospital cultivated both my clinical foundation and my passion for supporting individuals navigating life-altering experiences. My work has included trauma, sexual trauma, medical trauma, grief, coping with terminal illness, LGBTQIA+ concerns, and women’s overall wellness. I also have a growing interest in sports and performance-related concerns, including supporting individuals seeking greater confidence, focus, resilience, and fulfillment in high-pressure environments.
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing through an EMDRIA-certified trainer. I integrate the structured framework of EMDR with the warmth, authenticity, and relational focus of humanistic therapy approaches. I also value transparency and collaboration in the therapeutic process, recognizing that this is your life and your healing.
