All humans have the capacity for healing and growth. I believe that the relationships we have with ourselves, others, and the world are integral to this process. My clinical work focuses on supporting people in nourishing the relationships that uplift them and cultivating those that have the potential to. With over fifteen years of experience in teaching yoga, breath-work, and meditation, I also integrate mindfulness practices to support folks in becoming more present-focused within themselves and their relationships. My main focus is supporting families with children (ages 3-12) to regulate emotions, understand/manage anxiety, heal from difficult/traumatic experiences, learn parenting skills, and strengthen relationships. I'm a Registered Play Therapist with extensive training in Child-Centered, Sandtray, and AutPlay Therapies, and Child-Parent-Relationship Training.

I'm also passionate about helping intimate relationships/partnerships to improve communication, de-escalate conflict, and renew emotional connection. I have Advanced Training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I'm a neurodiversity-affirming therapist and strive to be culturally attuned.
