My approach to therapy is insight-oriented and strengths-based, rooted in Feminist Theory and guided by trauma-informed practice. I integrate expressive techniques such as play and art therapy along with somatic and mindfulness-based skills to help clients build self-awareness, emotional regulation, and resilience.
I am a Resident in Counseling pursuing full licensure, with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I work with children, adolescents, and young adults, with a special interest in supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community and those navigating life transitions, conflict, stress, anxiety, and depression.
