My counseling is centered on Christ from start to finish. I use an autism-informed approach to help autistic teens and adults better understand themselves and navigate life without masking or pretending to be someone they’re not. I also walk with those facing trauma, anxiety, grief, depression, and relationship struggles, regardless of neurology.
