If you are feeling anxious, depressed or overwhelmed, you have come to the right place. I specialize in a variety of mood disorders, often focusing on anxiety. I work with children, adolescents and adults on an individual basis.
I use a variety of techniques including Cognitive Behavioral, Organizational Psychology and Solution Focused Therapy. My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental and modern approach to therapy.
