Hi there, I’m Madi. My practice is called Room To Healing Counseling LLC, as an invitation to bring you into an affirming room with a therapist who sees and hears you! I am a relational therapist who focuses on building authentic connections with individuals and families. I believe that through authenticity and honest connection, we create a safe and effective place for healing.
Therapy with me is integrative and client-centered. This means we will start where you want to start, and I will support you as we navigate your needs and goals! I utilize a variety of approaches to sessions, which are always trauma informed. These include: ERP, family systems, attachment theory, CBT and DBT-informed, mindfulness and interpersonal therapy.
I strive to support and guide you to accessing your genuine self as you face life’s challenges with my extensive experience with those in marginalized communities (women, LGBTQA+, ND and disabilities).
