Accepting new clients! I specialize in working with individuals and couples navigating stressors and relationship issues. I believe each person is unique and deserves to tell their story. Trauma and anxiety can influence functioning and inhibit our ability to navigate life and show up for ourselves in positive ways. Through examining ourselves, our relationships, and our pasts, I believe we can gain insight into why we behave certain ways. I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space that can aid in allowing you to feel heard; so that change or acceptance for where you are can occur.

My approach is person centered, trauma informed, and empathetic. I work with individuals and couples on a variety of concerns and will meet you where you are in your journey of life.
