Are you struggling with obsessions, compulsions, anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, body image issues, or trauma? Do you experience excessive guilt? I am passionate about working with OCD, anxiety disorders, and mood disorders and have experience and training in these areas.
I believe that exposure response prevention (ERP) is the gold standard treatment for OCD and anxiety disorders. I utilize existentialism to help clients find meaning in suffering. I believe acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) can help us live our lives in accordance with our values.
