Clients who participate in services with me will learn a lot about themselves as well as unique ways to cope with daily stress. My approach ties in various techniques so that each client can develop their own way of healing and not feel like they’re stuck in a specific box. I’m continuously participating in education for new protocols and techniques that are proven to work for others. Ultimately, the goal in therapy for my clients is to find relief from the hurt, pain, and stress that traumatic events can cause.
I am always learning and utilizing the evidence based protocols to help clients heal in the safest way possible. Childhood trauma is my main focus in my practice but also have experience with trauma in adulthood. I also like to include play therapy techniques for both children and adults to make the trauma processing less scary.
I’m looking forward to working with you on your journey to healing from the trauma or any other stress from day to day living. I can accommodate sessions via Zoom, or in person if local to Pensacola, FL.
