As a clinician, I am committed to helping people process the many pieces of themselves. Therapy is a place to grow and heal, which can feel painful, magical, and everything in between. I will be there with you through all parts of the change process, offering warmth, teamwork, and invitations to practice new ways of being. Our work together may include shedding unhelpful patterns, building a life of meaning and purpose, and practicing better ways of regulating emotions, making decisions, and communicating. My own commitment to continual growth as a person and practitioner allows me to better show up as your collaborator.
Guided by the belief that we all possess an inherent wisdom and intuition, my counseling approach incorporates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Grief Counseling, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) trauma therapy, Mindfulness, Existential Therapy, Mindful Self-Compassion, and cultural sensitivity.
I am honored to offer individual, couples, and group therapy for adults ages 18+ of all racial, sexual, gender, cultural, and LGBTQIA+ identities. I support clients facing life transitions, relationship concerns, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, challenges with emotions and communication, and questions around sense of self.
