My ideal client is someone navigating anxiety, trauma, or emotional dysregulation who feels stuck between what they experience internally and how they’re able to express or manage it. They need a therapist who can offer both structure and flexibility, creating a sense of safety while identifying patterns that no longer serve them. Their goals are to build emotional awareness, regulation, and self-trust, and to develop coping tools that translate into daily life.
I offer a collaborative therapy approach that feels supportive, real, and honest. I prioritize emotional safety while also calling out patterns that may be getting in your way. Sessions use evidence-based tools to build insight, accountability, and progress you can feel outside of session.
My own experience with anxiety, depression, and ADD helps me show up with authenticity. Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you’re not sure where to begin—and that’s okay. Therapy doesn’t require certainty. I’m here to help you make sense of things.
