I understand how hard this life can be and I know that reaching out for help can be even harder, but I am so proud of you for taking this step! I believe in treating my clients with compassion and using humor, mindfulness, and trauma-informed modalities when working with my clients. I hold the belief that clients have inside of them what they need to succeed in therapy, and my job is to help clients see their own strengths and guide them through the therapy journey, with some psychoeducation sprinkled throughout.
I have experience in non-profit, school based mental health agencies, and outpatient clinics working with children, young adults, and families. I'm thrilled to join my passion for mental health with my love for providing innovative services to meet the unique needs of various communities.
Outside of work, you can find me playing with my cat and dog, reading at least 2 books at a time, and trying any new craft I can find on tiktok.
