I use a psychodynamic approach, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR for trauma, and I enjoy using a strength-based lens. I utilize motivational interviewing for addictions, mindfulness meditation for anxiety, and focus on minimizing negative self-talk for anxiety and an improved sense of self.
I am very relaxed, warm and friendly. I easily build trust and rapport, being available to discuss anything at all, extremely non-judgmental and informal, while remaining professional at all times.
