Hello and welcome! As your therapist, I aim to provide a warm space to process trauma, address changes you would like to make with confidence, and explore the thoughts and feelings that may make it difficult for you to meet your goals. I have a passion for working with folks living with chronic suicidality, depression, PTSD, self-harm, in addition to those who have experienced acute trauma, those who are struggling to adjust to difficult life transitions and who are attempting to find their "new normal." I enjoy working with military personnel and their families, first responders, and healthcare workers.
I utilize various modalities and techniques in session and will ensure to focus on your needs when pulling from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, person-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy, and shame-informed therapy. I ultimately aim to support folks in working towards living happier and healthier lives.
