I work collaboratively with individuals to process emotions and gain insight on how past experiences shape current thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. While meeting you where you’re at, we’ll build coping skills to reduce anxiety, explore & heal attachment styles, uncover root causes, and build confidence to as you move towards healing.
I value building genuine therapeutic relationships because trust and connection are essential for healing. I take a relational, personal centered and trauma informed approach.
I believe you are the expert in your own experiences. Therapy looks different for everyone so l adapt each session to what you need in the moment supporting growth and self discovery.
