It is very brave of you and your family to seek a counselor to make the improvements needed for your lives. It is the intention to create a judgement free zone so that, together, we can collaborate and explore any concerns or issues that have been set in front of you. I see counseling as teamwork so we can achieve what you are searching for. With collaboration, we will work towards the goals you have set for yourself or your relationship, or even assist in helping you to set them if you are not sure where to start.

We will focus on your strengths and build on the skills you already have and explore new tools to assist in jumping the hurdles that have been placed in front of you. I have worked with couples, families, adolescents, and individuals who would like help in improving emotional regulation, depression, anxiety, addiction, communication, and family concerns.

We create a comfortable, confidential, and judgment free environment. I am now available at two locations, Terrytown and Chalmette, so contact me about which will work the best for your time. I offer during the day and evening appointments so that counseling is not another stressor in your life, but something that is helping improve things.
