People who want something different and are open to the challenge of practicing change together, are often the folks who enjoy working with me most. I work with a variety of people, from those seeking a space to rebuild safety in their relationships through baby steps, to those in a significant life transition who want a grounded space to land in while they navigate the ups and downs of life. I serve a variety of ages, including peeps from elementary school age, all the way through to folks in their post-retirement years.
My work as an art therapist centers around safety and authenticity. I interweave pieces of using art for processing (cause finding the words can be A LOT), tuning into the body, and exploring the trial and error that is day-to-day life. In our space, you decide the direction we go. I am here to point out blind spots and cheer you on along the way.
