You have been carrying a lot for a long time. Even when you try your hardest, it’s difficult to feel engaged. With work, relationships, or yourself. You have goals, but taking action feels like climbing a mountain without a clear path. Most days, just making it through feels like an achievement in itself. You’re ready for something different. I support individuals dealing with ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, and trauma, and I’m especially passionate about working with queer, trans, and BIPOC folx, as well as sex workers and those in polyamorous relationships. You don’t have to figure it all out alone. I’m here to help.

I aim to provide an environment where we can look at the habits and coping strategies that have supported you before but may no longer be serving you. Using a holistic approach that connects both body and mind, I guide you through healing at all levels. My goal is to support you in achieving wellness on your own terms.

I recognize that systemic and institutional inequalities have a deep impact on many people’s lives.
