I have my Master’s degree in Counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary and practice as an LPC-Associate. I also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Texas A&M University, which strengthened my understanding of relationships, communication, and human behavior. I am a member of the Texas Counseling Association and work with individuals navigating trauma, relational wounds, anxiety, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. My training equips me to provide compassionate, evidence-based care while creating an environment where clients feel fully known, challenged, and empowered to grow.
I am especially passionate about supporting adolescents and adults of all ages, and I have a particular heart for working with clients who have experienced trauma. I am currently pursuing additional training in trauma-focused modalities to further support clients in processing difficult experiences and moving toward healing with greater freedom and hope.
Life can feel overwhelming, painful, and difficult to navigate, especially when you’re carrying the weight of trauma, relationship struggles, or major life transitions. During seasons like these, one can feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. My hope is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel truly valued and understood.
