I tailor therapy to each individual, drawing from CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, somatic, narrative, and art- and music-informed techniques. Sessions may focus on building emotional skills, exploring internal experiences, and strengthening coping. I also incorporate play-based and creative approaches to support expression and connection :-)
