My goal as a therapist is to work with you as you navigate all of the challenges, complexity, and pain in our world. There are no easy answers and there is no one-size-fits-all approach, but I can be with you, and support you, with evidence-based frameworks, as you figure out your path forward. I offer a nonjudmental and affirming space to bring whatever is on your mind, whatever you're needing to process or work through.
I draw from a number of different trauma-informed therapeutic frameworks, including CBT, IFS, and somatic modalities. While each person's situation is unique, I bring a larger anti-oppression lens to my practice, so that we might consider the many systems and structures in our society that affect all of us.
Therapy can be daunting, but if you are feeling stuck, I invite you to reach out. Send me an email or click on the website link to get started. I very much look forward to meeting you.
