Hi, I’m Maddie, a maternal and child therapist in Kentucky. I'm now accepting new clients. I help moms and children who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or like they just can’t turn off their racing thoughts. Maybe you’re a mom exhausted from juggling it all, trying to be there for your kids while quietly battling worry, sadness, or the weight of postpartum changes. Or maybe your child or teen is struggling with big emotions, negative thoughts about themselves, constant anxiety, ADHD, or behaviors that feel out of control, leaving the whole family on edge.
I have advanced training in perinatal mental health and support moms, children, and teens through emotional and behavioral challenges. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and a Strengths-Based Approach, I provide compassionate, evidence-based care, often incorporating therapeutic play in sessions with children.
You don’t have to go through this alone. Together, we’ll create space for you (and your child) to slow down, breathe, and feel understood. With me, you will learn to feel more supported as a mom, while your child will learn to manage big emotions, handle challenges at school or home, feel more confident, and cope with life’s changes and challenges.
