I firmly believe in centering the human experience being key to our therapeutic approach, and emphasizing the resilience and emotional strength of those I work with. Using tools like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, mindfulness, and Person-Centered Therapy, we can explore difficult experiences or emotions.
