I am an informal, yapping, LGBTQIA+, Feminist, politically involved, social justice focused therapist who provides a safe space for everyone.
I take a casual and laid-back approach to therapy. I let my clients lead sessions at the pace they are comfortable with. I tend to go with the flow and rarely assign "homework". I may not be a good fit for you if you prefer high structure and rigid interventions. I do both in-person and telehealth sessions state-wide.
My office is cozy and probably reminds you of your grandma's house. I am right between Millennials and Gen Z, so I have the best and the worst of both worlds.
