I offer therapy as part of a year long trauma-informed DBT program that includes; weekly skills group, individual therapy, and phone coaching. I have experience working with adults and adolescents with a variety of presenting concerns including; depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, trauma, dissociation, suicidal ideation, self harm, stress, and life transitions.
In addition to dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), I use techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), internal family systems (IFS), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and a person centered approach in my therapy. I have completed DBT foundational training through Behavior Tech and basic accelerated resolution therapy training in 2025.
