My goal as a licensed professional counselor is to establish a safe, warm, and comforting environment for people to share life’s hurts and experiences, as well as process emotions and move toward solutions. I am passionate about helping children, adolescents, parents, and women work toward positive change, develop a greater sense of well-being, and live a more purpose-filled life.
Play is a child’s most natural form of expression. It helps them process their experiences, emotions, wants/needs, and perception of self and others. As a Registered Play Therapist, I observe and gain awareness of the child’s problem then help the child explore emotions, resolve issues, and learn new ways to cope, behave, and thrive in the everyday world.
For parents, adolescents, and women, we talk, listen, and possibly play. Through compassion, encouragement, and honest, non-judgmental feedback, you will gain strength to overcome life’s challenges and move towards living a peaceful, meaningful, and purpose-filled life.
