I am currently offering a limited number of weekend therapy sessions. The therapeutic journey is one of becoming whole, grounded, and authentic. As a trauma-informed therapist, I understand that healing often involves grief, joy, uncertainty, and courage. My goal is to walk beside you as we navigate anxiety, trauma recovery, relationship challenges, or major life transitions, acting as a lighthouse in darker times and a buoy in brighter ones. While I have experience working with a broad range of folks, I have found a lot of success working with adults navigating parental estrangement and folks from the LGBTQIA+ community!
Together, we’ll collaboratively integrate evidence-based tools, somatic therapy, mindfulness, and creativity to help your body and mind reconnect after stress or trauma. With a background in theater and dance, I value the healing power of movement and embodied storytelling as ways to process and release what words can’t always express.
Therapy requires trust, which is why we will work to build a supportive and collaborative space to explore identity, boundaries, and self- worth.
