I'm an EMDR-certified therapist dedicated to high achieving mid-career professionals: active duty military, veterans, pilots, individuals with security clearances, and public safety personnel. I utilize EMDR, Flash, grief counseling, nightmare treatment, sex therapy, and existential approaches for addiction, trauma and grief, freeing clients to build the life they envision. These approaches also support performance enhancement in every aspect of life. I am familiar with logistical aspects of seeking therapy for my clients, including safety sensitive work, right to carry, Operator Syndrome, and operating in elite communities.
As a seasoned professional, I use EMDR and the AIP model to support deep, lasting healing of PTS, moral injury, traumatic grief, addictions and intimacy concerns.
