My clients are mid-career professionals, most of whom are active duty military, veterans or first responders. They've achieved a lot in life - but not without a cost. I utilize EMDR, Flash, grief counseling, existential therapy and ACT to support clients healing addiction, trauma and grief to further flourishing and building the life they envision. These approaches also support performance enhancement in every aspect of life. I am familiar with practical aspects of seeking therapy for my clients, including concerns related to security clearance and operating successfully in elite communities.
As a seasoned professional, I use an integrative approach to help you understand what happened to you, how it impacted you, and how to heal. I have specialized training in SOF/SF, veteran- and military-affiliated populations, as well as other high performing professionals such as first responders, healthcare providers, leaders in education, and attorneys.
When you are feeling stuck and afraid, it can be incredibly helpful and healing to speak with an objective person in a private space, to get support and relief from what haunts you.
