Connection is at the heart of my counseling approach. I aim to support clients in developing a well-balanced lifestyle so they can feel confident, fulfilled, and deeply connected to others. My hope is for clients to live wholeheartedly, honoring their true values rather than remaining stuck in patterns that no longer serve them.

My early clinical experience took place in intensive treatment facilities, with a focus on complex trauma and its co-occurring disorders. I have come to learn that our wounds can inform how we see the world, and yet, do not have to define who we are. It is my passion to aid clients in understanding their past while feeling empowered to move forward.

Previous clients have told me that they enjoy my warm yet direct approach, sense of humor, and authenticity. I value creating a safe space for my clients to be the fullest expression of themselves. I am honest, compassionate, and willing to go to whatever depths you may feel ready for.
