My goal is to provide a warm and supportive environment for my clients, in which we will work collaboratively to identify the factors contributing to stress and create a plan to develop coping skills and empowerment. Children, adolescents and adults engage with me in a process to reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression and overall stress that leads to greater fulfillment and enjoyment in life. My participation in this field is my passion, and I consider it my privilege to work with each of my clients.
My areas of expertise and training include therapy with children (including play therapy), adolescents and adults. I also have extensive experience with grief, loss and trauma. I also teach parenting skills and work with families experiencing stress and conflict.
I seek to understand clients in a holistic sense, and can collaborate and refer to other professionals who can assist with client goals.
