Immediate Availability! I am an associate Marriage and Family Therapist, which means I have specialized training in working with couples, families, and individuals. I'm especially interested in working with individuals navigating neurodivergence and sexual/gender identity development, families navigating grief & loss, and couples navigating faith transitions, mixed-faith marriage, mixed-orientation and sexual relationship, and polyamorous relationships.

I hope my therapy office is an environment of safety, relational healing, play, and post-traumatic growth. In session, I utilize attachment theory, somatic mindfulness, self compassion, parts work (adapted from IFS), present processing, pattern recognition, nonverbal and verbal communication, nervous system regulation, and intergenerational exploration.

Navigating Faith Transition

Leaving or engaging differently with your faith of origin can be extremely lonely, new, and scary. This group's purpose is to provide relational healing and support through this transition. Group sessions will likely look like group conversation, activities, and self reflection. As a facilitator, I will ask for your feedback and collaboration to create a group dynamic that feels safe and supportive. I'd love to meet you and learn about your experience!
