I use several core modalities and theories that form an experiential eclectic style. I believe that change occurs through a healing process and journey that is unique to each individual, couple or family that I may see. I strive to emphasize the importance of collaboration and a sense of safety as the healing journey is embarked on.
I am passionate about working with children, teens, adult individuals, couples and families from all walks of life. I am a generalist who helps those who are impacted by anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, relational/marital distress, sexual difficulties, stress and other social and world events.
My humanistic approach fuels my belief that people are not the problem, rather the problem is the problem. I encourage clients to take the courageous step into vulnerability as they accomplish their goals. I look forward to meeting with you!
