Madeline Lydon is a Master's-educated Counselor with over 3 years of professional experience. She has worked with a wide variety of populations including children, couples, individuals, and members of the LGBT community. Within these diverse populations, she helps clients seeking services around depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, and major life adjustments or transitions. She completed her Bachelors at the University of Delaware and received Masters of Sciences in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Massachusetts in Boston.
Madeline works with a compassion-based approach, focusing largely on making therapy feel like a real team between client and therapist. She is comfortable utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychoanalysis, family system work, mindfulness-based approaches, and trauma-informed methods.
Madeline hopes to always establish a strong alliance with you, knowing that success in therapy requires trust and kindness first and foremost.
