I specialize in comprehensive psychological assessment and therapy for children (6+), teens, and adults. In therapy, I am passionate about treating severe mood dysregulation and trauma/PTSD which often intersect. I use evidence-based treatments (methods proven by research to be more effective than general talk therapy) to help people get results as soon as possible. Through assessment I help clients answer a range of questions from general diagnostic testing to testing for ADHD and learning disabilities. Results are designed to guide your treatment, support needed accommodations, and provide a deeper understanding of yourself.

I am a Licensed Psychologist certified in Trauma-Focused CBT (Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy) and have trained extensively in DBT for severe mood dysregulation (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) as well as CBT for depression and anxiety. In the beginning of treatment, I aim to build a strong therapeutic connection as a foundation for meaningful, lasting change.

I work with clients with mood dysregulation and/or experiences childhood trauma. During the first session I will do a diagnostic interview and will ask you about your history of symptoms/treatment.
