Therapy is always the answer! You will know when it is time to reach out and partake, and I'll be here to talk when you are ready.
It is my belief that the concern most forefront of your mind is what you truly need to address at this moment; it is your mind telling you what needs to be talked about. My goal is to travel down the rabbit hole with you and tackle whatever may arise. I identify as a person-centered therapist and I find this approach to be very multiculturally informed as it works within the holistic framework of the client, including all factors of their identity: their beliefs, values, and worldview.
My professional experience is diverse as I have worked in settings at different levels of care, ranging from more intensive in-patient/hospitalization to outpatient treatment, from children and adolescents to adults. As such, I have worked with a wide range of clients with various diagnoses, presenting concerns, and degrees of intensity of care.
No issue is too small or too large for therapy. Life is full of changes and transitions, ups and downs, and we all need help adjusting to such. I can honestly say I have never worked with a 'normal' or a 'crazy' client. But I have worked with different people simply needing a space to process through life. So let's talk!
