In my practice I serve children, adolescents, and adults looking for support in navigating, processing, and reducing symptoms of stress, anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, and/or trauma. I believe that knowledge is power; understanding ourselves, our strengths, and what skills we can use to get through challenges and moments of uncertainty can make a life worth living.
Throughout my career, I have been trained in trauma therapies such as EMDR and TF-CBT. I also incorporate interventions from CBT, DBT, ACT, and art and play as therapy in my practice. My goal is to tailor the service to your needs/goals to ensure we achieve them promptly, and you'll leave feeling confident that you have the necessary tools to succeed.
