I enjoy working with members of the queer community throughout the lifespan: youth, young adults, mid-life, and elders. I especially love partnering with queer clients going through a life transition, including exploring gender or sexuality, beginning or ending new relationships or dynamics, family planning or becoming a parent, or even navigating the aging process. I believe my clients have the rights to autonomy, self-determination, and ultimately, to live well.
Therapy with me is grounded in behavioral approaches, but I am not a purist by any means. I am pursuing training in sex therapy and perinatal mental health, and am open to incorporating non-traditional elements into my work as well. Bring your tarot cards, your journal entries, or anything else that can help us work together.
